eXtremeMP3 Player handles MP3 files and incorporates a basic CD player.It features an easy-to-use interface, Skin support (MP3 Player ONLY), Playback Control, Stand-Alone Playlist Editor and MP3 TagEditor, Minimode option, MP3 Favorites, Search Sites Manager and more.

eXtremeMP3 Player requires a minimum of:
Pentium 120 processor (Pentium 166 or more recommended)
Windows 95/98/2000/ME or Windows NT 4.0 (service pack 3) x86 only
32 MB RAM (64 MB highly recommended)
800x600 screen resolution (1024x786 recommended)
16-bit high color display (32k or more colors)
DirectX 5.0 or higher for Windows 95/98 (DirectX 7.0a recommended)
DirectX 3.0 for Windows NT 4.0

- Lots of Bug Fixes.
- New interface buttons.
- Skin support (5 included + Template. Press keys 1 to 5 to change it, R to Reset).
- Added the Skin Selector in Extra Player options.
- Added a Template.jpg in the Skins folder giving the possibility to create your own Skin.
- New eXtremeSenses Application Buddy. A TaskBar Icon where you can start all the
eXtremeSenses Applications at the click of the mouse.
- Fixed: a major bug with sound on some Windows NT/2000.
- Fly over help (Tooltips) on every button of the player.
- The names of the MP3 songs now show up in the Miniplayer mode.
- CD Player is now a stand-alone application.
- Playlist more stable. (Bug fixes).
- Fixed: when in the Playlist Editor, if you pressed "Search web"..., you would get a
"couldn't find qcrocksearch.exe" message.
- Fixed: when no files were recorded in the Playlist and you pressed "delfile", you would
get a runtime error.
- Using the "Add file" in Playlist lets the user select one MP3 at a time.
- Fixed: when pressed, "B" caused display to change to "-1 -1".
- Fixed: when Playlist Editor was opened multiple times and then one tried to close all of them, one would get "Cannot Delete extremeMp3: cannot find the specified file. Make sure to specify the correct path and filename." message after closing the 2nd, 3rd, etc..
NOW ONLY ONE PLAYLIST EDITOR AT A TIME CAN BE OPENED.
- Now all the graphics for the following applications: Playlist Editor, ID3 Editor, XtremeSearch are in seperate folders, which means they can be skinned easily.
- Changed color and design of taskbar icon.
- Lighter buttons.
- "Minimize to TaskBar" is a small circle next to the Help Icon.
- Volume for the CD player is fixed.
- Experimental .M3U support for the Playlist Editor (not supported)
